Yealink announced that the VC500 was discontinued on 30th June 2022. After this date, new orders for the product are not accepted.

Yealink recommends upgrading to newer products with more features to maintain high level of service. The suggested replacement for the VC500 is the MeetingEye Series, which offer more advanced technology.
