Managed Appliance Subscription

  • Appliance is used as a 3CX Session Border Controller at remote sites to connect to the Managed 3CX Phone System hosted by Cloud One or as a small on-premise PBX

  • Each remote site requires one unit
  • Supports about 50 extensions

  • 8x5 email or remote support

  • 24x7 email & emergency phone support

  • Installation fee of Ksh 5,000 waived

  • Pro rata billing on the 1st day of billing cycle

  • 1 Year minimum contract

  • 1 Month refundable deposit required for monthly & quarterly billing cycle
